How it works

You know the cost and the scope before we touch anything.

  1. A free review

Send your last few months of records. We tell you what is reconciled, what is not, and which filings are open.

  2. Scope and a fixed fee

Deliverables, deadlines and the monthly fee in writing before anything starts.

  3. Handover and clean-up

We take on your systems, agree opening balances, and clear the backlog.

  4. Your monthly cycle

Books closed by the 10th. Filings prepared, reviewed and submitted on time.

Why companies move their finance function to us

Outsourcing finance only works if the work gets checked. That is the point here.

A named accountant

The same qualified person every month, and you can call them.

Everything is reviewed

A second qualified reviewer signs off before anything is filed or issued.

A fixed monthly fee

You know what finance costs before the month starts. No hourly billing.

Books that survive scrutiny

Records kept to hold up to an auditor, a bank or a buyer.

One team, whole function

Accounting, tax and compliance in one place. Nothing falls between providers.

Senior capability, lower cost

Our team works from India, so a reviewed finance function costs less than one local hire.

Who we work with

Growing SMEs
Past a bookkeeper, not yet a finance department.
Startups and funded companies
Investor-ready reporting and a runway number you can defend.
Holding and group structures
Multiple entities and consolidations that need to tie out.
Regulated businesses
Real estate, precious metals, corporate service providers and other AML-obliged sectors.
Accounting and audit firms
White-label preparation when your own team is at capacity.
Businesses that fell behind
Backlogs and missed filings. We start by telling you the truth.

Questions we get asked

Not here? Ask us directly.

Do we need to register for VAT?

Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies pass the mandatory threshold, and optional above the lower one. We check your position in the free review.

When is our VAT return due?

Your tax period is assigned at registration, monthly or quarterly, with the return and payment due shortly after it ends. We prepare and review well before the deadline.

Does corporate tax apply to us?

It applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023 — 0% up to the threshold, 9% above. Registration is generally required even where no tax is payable.

Our books are years behind. Is that a problem?

It is common and fixable. We rebuild the backlog from source documents and give you a written summary before you decide how far back to go.

What are our AML obligations?

Designated businesses — real estate, precious metals, corporate service providers and others — must register on goAML, appoint a compliance officer, run risk assessments and report suspicious transactions. We put that framework in place.

Do you file on our behalf?

We prepare and review returns and submit them where you authorise us. Where a registered tax agent is required, we work alongside one rather than claim a status we do not hold.

Which software do you work with?

Whatever you already use — Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Odoo, Sage and others. Migrating is your call, not a condition.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee set by transaction volume, entities and scope, quoted in writing after the free review. Clean-up is quoted separately and once.

Who does the work?

A qualified accountant assigned to your file, working from our team in India, with a second reviewer signing off before anything goes out.

How is our data protected?

Access is granted by role and reviewed, each client sits in a separate workspace, and everyone on your file is individually bound by confidentiality.

Thresholds, rates and filing requirements change. We confirm your own position in writing before you rely on it.

Start with a free review of where you stand.

Send your last few months of records. We tell you what is reconciled, what is not, and what it would cost to bring everything current.
