Dropxcel provides accounting, taxation, AML compliance and finance operations services to businesses in the UAE and wider GCC, delivered by our team in India. Our registered name, registration details and registered office are provided on request and are set out in every engagement letter.

These terms govern your use of this website only. They do not govern any service we perform for you.

Services are provided under a separate written engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees, service levels, confidentiality, data protection, liability and termination. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for the services it covers.

Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not accounting, taxation, audit, financial or legal advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your own circumstances.

Registration thresholds, tax rates, filing deadlines and AML obligations referred to on this site are general, apply only to particular categories of business, and change. Nothing here confirms that a specific rule applies to you. Confirm your own position in writing before acting on it.

We do not hold ourselves out as a registered tax agent, auditor or licensed legal adviser. Where a matter requires one, we say so and work alongside the appropriate licensed professional.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference or for the internal purposes of your organisation, provided you do not remove any notice of ownership.

Liability arising out of services we perform is dealt with in the engagement letter for those services, not here.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at our registered office seat have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property or confidential information in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, effective from the date shown at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
